CARDIOcheckAPP app for iPhone and iPad

CARDIOcheckAPP is the first medical APP developed to support drug adherence and vital signs control through a real-time and direct feedback patient-doctor.

“Your doctor on your smartphone”
-If you are a patient, using CARDIOcheckAPP you have the opportunity to communicate your values of blood pressure, heart rate, weight and symptoms directly to your cardiologists and/or general practitioner (GP). Your doctor will be always in touch with you. Moreover, “CARDIOcheckAPP” also allow you to record and store indefinitely your vital signs values. Therefore, this new medical App will replace the “old school notebook” in which report your values and clinical data that you can show to your cardiologist or GP.

“Your patients on your smartphone”
-If you are a doctor (cardiologist, internist, general practitioner), you have the opportunity to check every day the vital signs values of your patients. Therefore, using CARDIOcheckAPP, doctors can immediately check those patients who have values above the cut-off of safety. In this case, by email or SMS notifications, an ambulatory visit can be suggested in order to modify their medical therapy.
